Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance of applicable registration requirements, including our Rules, Terms and Conditions; Waiver; Billing Authorization; and other applicable policies presented during registration.

Participation in Midwest Twisters programs may require separate agreements, waivers, authorizations, and acknowledgments.

These Terms of Use do not replace or modify the separate agreements governing enrollment, billing, participation, safety, or other program-specific requirements.

In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a separate agreement specifically governing enrollment or participation in a Midwest Twisters program, the applicable program agreement will control with respect to that subject matter.

3. iClassPro and Third-Party Services

Midwest Twisters uses iClassPro to provide online registration, customer accounts, class management, billing, and related services.

When you access our iClassPro Customer Portal or use other third-party services through our website, your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms, policies, and agreements.

Midwest Twisters does not own or operate iClassPro or other independent third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent operation, availability, or policies.

4. Intellectual Property

Midwest Twisters may offer SMS text messaging to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive applicable text messages.

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Midwest Twisters.
