Class Instructors (Hartland, Oconomowoc & Muskego Locations)

Work 2 to 5 weekday evenings / Saturday mornings per week. Our instructors work with and progress their own athletes / classes on a weekly basis.
We also take applications from outgoing high schoolers that are looking to gain experience in leadership. Leading groups of students into the future is something that colleges value highly. We write college recommendation letters for our young instructors all the time!
Our visual curriculum will help you learn each and every skill that you need to help your athletes achieve. Only a desire lead and instruct young athletes is necessary… we’ll teach you the rest.
Office Professionals (Hartland & Oconomowoc Locations)
An Office Professional is the “face of the gym.” Working at a gymnastics facility is a unique blend of high-energy “organized chaos” and precise administrative management. You are the first person a nervous toddler or a competitive athlete sees when they walk in, and the primary point of contact for parents managing busy schedules.
Gymnastics environments are loud and upbeat; a positive, high-energy personality fits best.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greeting families, answering questions about class levels, and managing the “vibe” of the lobby.
- Enrollment & Billing: Handling registrations, managing waitlists, and navigating our gym management software (iClassPro).
- Communication Lead: Streamlining interactions between the gym floor (coaches) and parents to resolve scheduling conflicts and program questions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring waivers are signed, tracking attendance for safety protocols, and occasionally managing minor “ice pack” moments for athletes.

Team Coaches (Hartland & Oconomowoc Locations Only)
Midwest Twisters is currently looking for team coaches for our girls competitive team. Our Development Program (DP) will stay at our Hartland gym and a full Xcel team will be built out at our new Oconomowoc location that will be opening fall of 2025.
